What this tool does and does not include
- The starting numbers are examples only. Replace them with your own.
- Simplified 2026 estimates for a British Columbia business or owner. They leave out many real-life details such as other income, deductions and credits.
- Rates and rules change. Confirm them with the firm or the government before you act.
- Information only. This is not tax, accounting, legal or financial advice.
Good to know
- Related companies share one exemption. A clinic and its management company, or two professional corporations, may count as one.
- Taxable benefits and bonuses count as payroll.
- Read the firm’s Employer Health Tax guide for the plain-language details.
